Her academic and research interests focus on school climate, educational change, and the development of the learning environment in Lebanon.    <\/p>\n<p>Throughout her career, Dr. Abdel-Reda has collaborated with several local and international institutions and organizations, including the \u201cDirasati\u201d Project, the Social Movement, the Carnegie Middle East Center, the World Bank, and the Educational Center for Research and Development.       <\/p>\n<p>Dr. Abdel-Reda has edited two research books on higher education, the labor market, and educational reform in Lebanon.
